Air Force Captain Alice Tyndall proudly served her country for 20 years. She served in multiple roles including Aerospace Operational Physiologist. Captain Tyndall received many awards and decorations for her service including the Air Force Commendation Medal w/4 Oak Leaf Clusters, Air Force Achievement Medal w/1 Oak Leaf Cluster, Meritorious Unit Award w/3 Oak Leaf Clusters.
