Navy Petty Officer First Class Ronald Saunders proudly served his country for 20 years. He specialized in Maintenance, Safety, Air Launched Weapons, and Strike Intermediate Armament Maintenance. These skills were an asset during his deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Desert Shield, and Operation Desert Storm. P01 Saunders received many awards and decorations for his service including the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Letter of Commendation, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal.
