Navy Lieutenant Glen MacDonald proudly served his country for six years. As a Surface Warfare Officer, he completed four years of sea service and two deployments in the Persian Gulf. Lt MacDonald received many awards and decorations for his service including the Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, Battle Efficiency Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal.
