MEET FRANCESCA MELLOTT

Navy Commander Franklin Mellott proudly served his country for 22 years. As a Naval Flight Officer, he served aboard USS Ranger, USS Kennedy, and deployed in support of Operation Desert Storm, Operation Northern Watch, Operation Southern Watch, Operation Deny Flight, and Operation Enduring Freedom. CDR Mellott received many awards and decorations for his service including the Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal Strike Flight, Air Medal Individual, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
