Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 4 William Tinney proudly served his country for 20 years. As a Weapons Repair Officer, he deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation New Dawn. CWO4 Tinney received many awards and decorations for his service including the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Kosovo Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
