Coast Guard Lieutenant Sean Krueger proudly served his country for 12 years. He was assigned as an MH-60 Jayhawk pilot and was selected for an exchange tour with the Royal Navy in England flying the H-3 Sea King. On July 7, 2010, Lt Krueger was killed in the line of duty in Alaska in a military helicopter. He received many awards and decorations for his service including the Air Medal, Coast Guard Commendation Medal, Coast Guard Achievement Medal, Commandant’s Letter of Commendation.
