Army Master Sergeant Christopher Kauffman proudly served his country for 23 years. As a third-generation service member, he was stationed at Fort Lewis, Guantanamo Bay, Hohenfels, Fort Benning, Gowen Field, Fort Carson, and Fort Bliss. MSG Kauffman received many awards and decorations for his service including the Armed Forces Reserve Medal with M Device and 10 Year Bronze Hourglass, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, National Defense Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal.
